Build a Passive Recruitment Funnel

Context: Recruiting real estate agents to your team is the quickest path to growth and increasing revenue. The ideal agent for the team I was on was an agent that has an established business (~$5m-$8m in sales per year) and has a hunger to grow.​

Problem: Established agents are tough to recruit and our team did not have an established, outward-facing value proposition to attract top talent.

Solution: Create a monthly mastermind panel to attract agents looking to grow their skillset. 

 

Results: Through event marketing & having young team agent's on each panel, we were able to create connection and showcase our value proposition in a "non-salesy" way.
