Standing Out in a Saturated Market

Context: In real estate, the 'hottest' leads to go after are what we call "Expired listings". These are listings that are fresh off the market because the agent they partnered with failed to sell the home. These homeowners are eager to sell, frustrated (most of the time), and some consider switching agents. â€‹

Problem: Homeowners are inundated with marketing flyers, pitch decks, sales calls, etc, all with the same value proposition "We  have better marketing to sell your home".

Solution: A trackable video brochure campaign with messaging tailored to the homeowner's pain points  - "Sometimes it's not the market, it's the story being told".  We are notified as soon as a brochure is opened. This prompts our ISA team to reach out in a timely manner with a warm introduction which has lead to more productive conversations.

 

Results: Contact and meaningful conversations made for 1 out of 5 leads who received our mailing and a $2.65m listing signed within the first 30 days post launch.
